This is the list Speck Roofing puts in its own newspaper advertisement, word for word. No extras bolted on, no trades we do not actually do.
New roofs and roof restorations
A full re-roof, from stripping the old sheets to the last screw. Reviewers who have had it done describe an honest quote up front, being kept in the loop the whole way through, and all the waste taken away at the end.
Roof leaks
Finding where the water is actually getting in, which is rarely where it lands inside. One customer describes a quick diagnosis of the problem and a repair the same visit.

Heavy rain was predicted when they were halfway through replacing the roof. Speck Roofing made sure that the roof was properly protected from rain & wind, until they could finish the job. One of the guys accidentally made a dent in our fence. Roy instantly ensured a temporary fix, making sure that the fence was still child & pet proof. He replaced the damaged panel within two days with a matching panel.
